Returns and Refunds

 

We want you to be happy with your order, we are determined to have each and every purchase result in a happy customer. Because everything here at wallartabstracts.com is handmade, there is some potential for human error. Whilst we carefully check all products before packing and despatching them to you, if you receive a canvas print, mural or cushion product that is either incorrect or damaged, you can return these products to us for a replacement, free of charge.

In the first instance please contact our customer services team with full details of your problem at the following email m.elliss@wallartabstracts.co.uk 

Please have the following information to hand if you need to contact us about returning your product:

  1. Your order reference.

  2. A digital image of the fault (along with a clear description of the problem).

  3. Whether you are looking for a replacement product or a refund.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please contact our customer services team about the item you wish to return within 14 days of reciept of the item.

Once our team have confirmed that the product can be returned for replacement or refund, you will be asked to return your wallartabstracts.com products back to us in its original undamaged packaging with your full contact details within 14 days of receipt of your item.

Any refunds made will be by crediting the original debit/credit card used to make the original purchase.

We can only acknowledge returned goods if they are sent using a ‘Signed For’ Recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. You will have to meet the delivery costs of returning the products, although we will refund the postage at our discretion once the item in question is rechecked. If we accept responsibility for the fault we will reimburse your delivery postage costs. 

WALL MURALS

We are unable to make refunds for incorrectly measured walls, and we accept no responsibility for defective installation, nor will we accept any consequential loss.

It is the customers responsibility to check the product on receipt and before hanging to a wall surface. We are unable to offer any refunds resulting from incorrect hanging of your products.
